Frequently Asked Questions

How do I import a recipe from a website?

Tap Add → Import from Link, paste the recipe's web address, and SavorKeep will fetch the page and use AI to organize it into clean ingredients and steps. You can review and edit everything before saving.

Where are my recipes stored?

Your recipes, notes, and photos are stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your personal iCloud account. We don't operate servers that store your personal recipe data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I back up or move my recipes to a new device?

Enable iCloud sync in Settings → iCloud inside SavorKeep. Your recipes will sync to your iCloud account and appear automatically when you sign in with the same Apple ID on a new device.

Can I add my own recipes by hand?

Absolutely. Tap Add → New Recipe to enter a title, ingredients, steps, notes, tags, and a photo. You can also snap a photo of a printed recipe and let SavorKeep help structure it.

Do I need an account to use SavorKeep?

No. SavorKeep works without any account or sign-up. Your data stays on your device and in your own iCloud — there's nothing to register for.

How do I export or delete my data?

You can export your recipes via Settings → Data → Export, delete individual recipes in the app, or erase everything via Settings → Data. To remove iCloud data, go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → SavorKeep.

Which devices are supported?

SavorKeep runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS/iPadOS 17 or later.
